One of my absolute favorites is Tigers & Strawberries (tigersandstrawberries.com), written by Barbara Fisher. She’s a phenomenal cook with a real passion for organic and free range products. Her specialty is Asian cuisine. She’ll teach you everything you’ve ever wanted to know about Asian produce and how to use a wok properly. Lately, she’s been studying the cuisines that developed along the Silk Road, and everything she’s been making is mouthwatering.
