I am looking for a recipe for pumpernickel-rye bread.  I bought some pumpernickel-rye flour at a co-op and would like to make a loaf of this bread but am not sure about how much of this flour to use in a loaf of bread or if the flour is mixed with other type flours.  Any help would be appreciated.  Jo Ann

..and yes, you need to blend this flour with bread flour.
