Hi to everybody!
I’m new here and have to confess to a commercial interest in products for baking. We distribute the German Thermohauser professional bakery products here in the UK and I understand they are also widely available in the U.S.

I have joined this forum to increase my knowledge of baking. I will read your posts and discussions with interest!
