This is the Japanese version of the cheesecake. The texture is very light like a very spongy sponge cake, almost like Souffle but still firm. Not soggy at all.
The fruits I added on top are Jack Fruit w/c is a tropical fruit and strawberries. The Mint leaves are from my plant. The name is actually Chocolate Mint and it smells exactly like chocolate covered mint candy.
The chocolate decoration is piped using dark chocolate Ghirardelli chocolates.
