I’m making our wedding cake next month (a very small wedding with only 15 guests) and after lots of research am now considering adding Magic Line’s Creme Bouquet to the IMBC and/or the white cake batter. The question is how much to add?
My IMBC recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
My cake recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of almond extract and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Should I replace those amounts with equal amounts of Creme Bouquet? Also, some of my research said to add vanilla and almond in addition to the creme bouquet. Any advice is much appreciated.
