I’m wondering if anyone has tried the Maple Macadamia Bars from Rose’s Christmas cookie book and found the cookie crust to not form together well enough to roll out. I just made the recipe this afternoon and found that even after being in the fridge, it was still crumbly! I put it in the baking pan and it turned out alright but would have been nicer at the right consistency. Also, the topping, it’s a little runny! Should it be cooked longer than 10 minutes? In the picture it looks solid, but mine was basically falling apart. If someone can help it would be great!
