making a dairy free pavlova with lemon filling

I am making a pavlova and I want to have a lemon flavoured topping. How could I do this and keep it dairy free
Also could do with some presentation ideas

If you want dairy free, not sure if u have much of a choice. Try Cool Whip topping and lemon curd and a combination of fruit variety. IMHO, unless someone is lactose intolerant,  I would not ruin a beautiful dessert by using substitutes esp that it’s Christmas. Good luck.

We do individual pavlovas for a client and they will sometimes sub a greek yogurt for the usual curd so using a non-dairy (soy or almond) lemon yogurt might also be a good possibility for you.  Or a no-bake lemon cheesecake with soy cream cheese.

When we do the pavs, we fill with passion curd, then top with whipped cream and fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry).
