I was so in the baking mood today.  So I made one more thing:  Pineapple Pie,  my most favorite pie.  I love Pineapple..

I also got to use my small blow torch ..I do not use it a lot, only when I make meringue.. tomorrow I am making fresh pasta, it calls for cake flour.  it is
actually Giada De Laurentis recipe in Food Network..

Thank u Flour Girl..
If the pasta comes put great, then I will make Tortellini. All I want is that the texture does not come out rubbery..if I succeed in this experiment, then next thing I want to make is that colored Ravioli that look like stripes of two to three colors. I have seen them in the stores and I think they look so pretty. To me the filling is not a problem. If all goes well, I want to make crab filling like in Spaghetti Factory where they call them “pillows”.

Sounds awesome prettycake! I have made fettucini. I had pasta drying all over my kitchen.  I cut it by hand. Do you use a pasta maker?
