Making sponge cake, not sure if that can be substituted. U can buy egg whites in a carton, maybe that would work same thing w/ egg yolks, u can buy fake eggs. Are u allergic to eggs ?or is it health reason ? As for me personally, i do not make or bake it if I cannot use the real thing. Good luck
