Today I made more Bagels.  This time I used King Arthur Bread flour.  They came out very silky in texture and softer.  I LOVE it.. Taste is the same as the ones I made last time.
I added my secret (not really) ingredient, Vanilla although recipe did not call for it..  I put Vanilla on everything.
I gave some to my neighbors who is pregnant and loves bagels..

Mmmm, I’ll take an “evertything” bagel with lots of garlic and salt!!!  Beautiful!

I am thinking next time I will add pineapple or any other fruit besides blueberries.  My son loves plain.
