raspberry conserve

The first time I made the rasperry conserve it came out perfect.  I just made it again, without going into a long story, it looks like the conserve in the canning jars has not thickened, and it has now been three days.  In fact it looks like the juice is seperating from the pulp.  Can it be recovered?

Perhaps your raspberries didn’t have as much naturally-occurring pectin as the first time? Mother nature isn’t always consistent smile

You might try picking up some store bought pectin and using it according to package directions, it should stabilize your conserve.
