I have a new oven with top and bottom elements and it is also fan forced.  How much should I drop the temp by from conventional oven?

usually 25 to even sometimes 50 degrees for a commercial convection oven (what we have at work); but check the owner’s manual.  My combination convection/conventional oven at home - when set to convection - makes the adjustment without me having to change the temp setting.

Paperwork say use both elements for baking and lower element for slow cooking or warming.  May have to take conventional temp down 25 degrees and cut time.
