Check this out.  Not my picture, but made me laugh.

Hope everyone’s holidays were enjoyable, or at least not too stressful.  I’m very happy to be winding down my Christmas DC-MA-PA and back tour and very much looking forward to my own bed (and kitchen) later today.

I must have been good—I got a copy of The Bread Bible and not coal and wood from Santa!

Pretty amazing gator! 

Dan, we are kindred spirits this week.  I feel similarly about returning to my own kitchen, I’ve been cooking extensively in a different kitchen for nearly a week now and it will be good to get back to my own equipment.  Though I can’t say I’m looking forward to the trip up the east coast DC-NYC-MA.
