Wow those look good!  I can never get my cookies to turn out such an even brown color!  Also your cupcakes on your website look amazing…can I ask what type of frosting you use on them?  Is it mousseline, or an italian meringue?  It looks like the type of cupcake that I’d eat all the frosting off, and then consider eating the cake, if I wasn’t full already:)

oh you would eat it for sure! the chocolate is always classic buttercream anything else is MBC.

my cookies are extra brown because i use molasses instead of brown sugar and i cook them at 355 degrees instead of 375.
