Just a quick note to all you long suffering TCB fans in Australia out there!

I mentioned in a previous forum entry that after much searching I was hoping to get my hands on some Australian-made bleached cake flour…. well…

IT’S ARRIVED

At the moment Lauren and I are doing some test cakes and we will report back on the test results and if these are positive I will let you know details about the flour soon!

At this stage we are getting some good but not yet quite perfect results so we need to check a few things!
