so i waasnt really that happy with the turnout of the whipped ganache. It TASTED great, so that wasnt the problem, it was piping it. It was almost so ‘airy’ that it didn’t pipe smooth. You know, like rough edges. I should have used a different ganache as the cupcakes don’t look as nice as they did with the other ganache. Oh that and i completely screwed up the mixing process of the 1st batch of cupcakes (I forgot to add the sugar to the whites…do you think that mattered??) and I forgot to add water until the end, so basically the first batch came out sunken in the middle. I still used them, I just covered the sunkeness with the ganache lol i hope they taste ok.
