Hi Tammy - Sorry, I can’t reply to your PM… apparently I’ve been sending and receiving too many PMs today.  Here’s my response to you:

Good question - I’ve seen the “adapted” recipes on blogs too.  I have only posted my own recipes on my blog so far, but I’ve been wondering the exact same question.  I read somewhere that the instructions are the only info that is copyrighted in a recipe, not the ingredients, but I really don’t know it that’s true or not.

Thanks for the compliment on my blog.  It’s consuming a lot of time, but the family doesn’t seem to mind when they get to eat the results.  Thanks too for pointing out the Typo Ha… over braised.  Will fix it right away.

Thanks for the reply.  I used to get locked out of email at work… we called it mail jail. LOL.

I’m so excited that I finally made my own chicken stock… Thanks for teaching me via your blog.  I’m going to start calling you Rose Jr. grin
I can’t wait to try the oven braised pot roast.

Tammy

Hi Tammy - you’re too kind… so glad you liked your chicken stock!  Let me know how your braised pot roast turns out when you make it.  smile
