Good question - I’ve seen the “adapted” recipes on blogs too. I have only posted my own recipes on my blog so far, but I’ve been wondering the exact same question. I read somewhere that the instructions are the only info that is copyrighted in a recipe, not the ingredients, but I really don’t know it that’s true or not.
Thanks for the compliment on my blog. It’s consuming a lot of time, but the family doesn’t seem to mind when they get to eat the results. Thanks too for pointing out the Typo Ha… over braised. Will fix it right away.
