Rozanne, that is the most beautiful chocolate band!  I love it!  Somehow your chocolate tempered perfectly, something I’m still trying to achieve.

Rozanne, awesome!  nice photo, shine, cake, everything.

shall we name 2009, the year of chocolate shaping?

Thank you Hector! 2009 - The Year of Chocolate Shaping. I love it! I am dying to try your chocolate rose so maybe I?ll give it a try before the end of 2009.

Oooo, Hector and Rozanne, that could be yet another bake-off!  A group of desserts with chocolate decorations…

Speaking of being a cat person, I once worked with someone who never said good morning or goodbye. Instead she said “meow”.

Yes, Patrincia, we have two characters who rule our lives - A silver, ‘Echo’; and a bronze, ‘Spirit’.  Egyptian Mau breed. Year old little boys. Every now and then Echo will ‘meow’ when he is hungry, but for the most part, they never say anything, so I guess I couldn’t say meow like your friend. Love your friend’s little symbol too.
