Chef Jenna Leder of Chef Central’s Paramus, New Jersey store invited us back for another recipe demonstration from Rose’s Baking Basics. This time~~Apple Pie baked in my Rose’s Perfect Pie Plate.
We also have the Apple Pie as our Recipe of the Month for October.
We always appreciate working with Chef Jenna as she keeps me abreast of the prepping before the event as well as the expected attendance, and does a first rate job making the recipes for the tasting at the end of the demoi.
Each attendee received my new Rose’s Reduction Spatula by American Products Group as well as eating apple pie and date nut cookies from Rose’s Baking Basics.
I love book signings to enjoy signing not only the current book, but to sign with specific colored pens for my previous books that people often bring with them. I always like hearing the stories that are told and answering questions.
Jenna invited us back in May for the launch of Rose’s Ice Cream Bliss. We can’t wait!
